Training within the DEAP Erasmus+ Project

Together with partners from Italy, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Cyprus, we started yesterday a 6-day training as part of the DEAP Erasmus+ Project – Supporting Personal Development and Empowering Young People with Visual Disabilities through Artistic Education

We are meeting in Sardinia to develop the competences of educators, share good practices and jointly develop methods of supporting young people with visual impairments

The first day was all about getting to know each other – there was an official opening, presentation of the project goals and the weekly plan, as well as integration activities led by the Sensus team (full of laughter, openness and conversations ).

At the end, we focused on the key topic: how to communicate effectively with people with visual disabilities and how to better understand their perspective

This is just the beginning of an intensive and creative week – follow us, because there will be a lot going on!
