Summary of the 3-day Newcomers at Work training course

The last day of a 3-day training for those working with young migrants was organized in Gdansk by Gdansk University of Technology in cooperation with other partners as part of the international Newcomers at Work project, whose overall goal is to include and empower newly arrived young NEETs aged 18-25 from refugee or migrant backgrounds by improving their employability.

During the meeting, participants, among other things, were introduced to the project, were presented with key findings from the country reports, and each partner shared their preliminary research findings. Participants also had the opportunity to take part in workshops prepared by the project partners.
