On November 10, the County Intergenerational Forum took place at the “Żniwiarz” Banquet Hall in Woźniki, Lgota Wielka commune. This event brought together representatives of local governments, teachers, school principals, seniors, youth, and social organizations from the Radomsko County and Łódź Voivodeship.
One of the main highlights of the program was the presentation of the results of the “Stronger Youth – Strengthening the Social Competencies and Soft Skills of Young People Through Mutual Peer Care” project, implemented by our Foundation.![]()

Dr. Adam Gogacz, a subject matter expert at the FRAME Foundation, presented the key assumptions and tools developed as part of the project, emphasizing the importance of empathy, communication, and collaboration as the “new superpowers of the young generation.”
The presentation was also attended by students from the K. K. Baczyński Secondary School No. 2 in Radomsko, who spoke in a truly inspiring way about their experiences participating in Stronger Youth activities – how joint initiatives, volunteering, and peer support helped them develop self-confidence and social skills.![]()

The highlight of the event was the panel discussion “How to Build Bridges Between Generations in Local Communities,”
in which representatives of various backgrounds – young people, seniors, local government authorities, and social organizations – took the floor.
The discussion was full of reflection, mutual understanding, and inspiration for further action.
