More Workshops as Part of the Career Compass Project

More workshop in the Career Compass project has concluded!

During the next meeting, participants continued to explore their potential, examining their own strengths, beliefs, and resources that can support their educational and professional development.

Together, we analyzed various career paths, worked with the SWOT tool, and completed exercises that encouraged reflection on our own capabilities and future plans. It was an excellent opportunity to better understand ourselves, gain a new perspective, and consciously plan the next steps on our development path.

We thank all participants for their active participation, openness, and commitment. It is through shared experiences and inspiring conversations that we create a space that strengthens self-confidence and helps us make informed decisions about the future.
