Invitation to the second online workshop session: “Newcomers@work. Employers and migrants on the Polish labor market”
This coming Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the second session of online workshops will be held as part of the “Newcomers@work. Employers and migrants on the Polish labor market” series. The topic of the upcoming session is: “Training migrants in the workplace”.
These workshops will be an excellent opportunity to delve into the topic of organizing and conducting training for migrants and other employees in the workplace. Participants will learn the basics of planning, organizing and conducting effective training. Key aspects of communication with people from different cultures will also be discussed – tips on what to pay attention to and what to avoid.
