First meeting of the “Career Compass” project partners – a step towards supporting people at a career crossroads 💼

📅 On November 14-15, 2024, our Foundation had the honor of hosting the partners of the international “Career Compass” project during the inaugural meeting in Łódź. This key event launched an ambitious program aimed at supporting people at a career crossroads, especially those from vulnerable groups:

👩‍🎓 young adults,

👵 older people,

👩‍🔧 women,

🛂 refugees and migrants,

📚 people with lower levels of education.

During the meeting, partners from Finland, Greece, Spain and Poland exchanged experiences, discussed the needs of the target groups and the details of the schedule of activities. 🌐 Thanks to this, it was possible to define common goals and create the basis for implementing the project’s assumptions.

🔧 Innovative tools for the future

One of the goals of the project is to create practical tools that will:

💡 help participants identify their strengths,

📌 define professional and educational goals,

🗺️ create individual action plans.
