🌍📢 On September 23, 2025, we will gather in Gdańsk for the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ Newcomers@Work project!

The event will be held at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology and will be an opportunity to summarize the results of over two years of international cooperation to strengthen the employability of young migrants, refugees, and NEETs.

🔹 The program includes:

➡ presentations on the challenges and barriers to the employment of young migrants,

➡ examples of good practices from Poland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Romania,

➡ a panel discussion on key competencies for integration and the labor market,

➡ a practical demonstration of the tools developed in the project.

The conference will bring together experts, practitioners, and decision-makers who will share their knowledge and experience in the area of ​​social and professional integration of young people with migration experience.
