Development workshops for 19 young people as part of the Newcomers at Work project

✨ Recently, our Foundation conducted development workshops for 19 young people as part of the Newcomers at Work project.

Their goal was to support them in discovering their individual resources, developing soft skills, and encouraging active participation in the community. 💪🌍

During interactive exercises, participants:

🤝 got to know each other and developed communication skills,

🧠 worked with the concept of multiple intelligences,

⏳ learned about the idea of a Time Bank – a tool supporting the exchange of skills and building a sense of empowerment.

Young people created their own offers and inquiries regarding skills – from technical and linguistic competencies, through creative activities, to supporting others. All in the spirit of equality, partnership, and mutual respect.

📌 The workshops allowed for:

✔ identifying and strengthening strengths,

✔ developing social and organizational skills,

✔ promoting proactivity and collaboration,

✔ building a support network based on talents and passions.

💚 We thank the participants for their openness and energy! We believe that these meetings are an important step towards activating young people and creating future community initiatives.
