AI in Higher EDU – the first project newsletter is now available!

The “AI in Higher Edu: Artificial Intelligence as support for academic teachers” project is gaining momentum, and in the first newsletter we summarize the most important activities carried out by the partners so far.

In recent months, we have focused primarily on analyzing current teaching methods and the possibilities of using AI tools in higher education. The project included, among others: literature review, research on the needs of academic teachers, interviews and focus groups in partner countries.

On this basis, three training modules were developed to help academic teachers in the conscious, practical and ethical use of artificial intelligence in their teaching work:

Introduction to AI in education

Practical implementation of AI tools

Pedagogical aspects and best practices

The modules were also tested during pilot workshops with the participation of academic teachers and students of pedagogical faculties. The collected opinions will allow us to refine the materials even better before their final publication.
